All orders are guaranteed to be processed by the next business day. In many cases, your bumper can arrive within the same week. Economy shipping usually takes 1–5 business days, depending on how far you are from our distribution facility.

By carefully folding the bumper for more efficient packaging, we reduce the amount of shipping materials needed, make ground shipping possible, and help you save nearly 70% on shipping costs. This service costs $59.90 per bumper.

What is the warranty period?

All parts have a 3 years warranty period, unless stated otherwise on the product page.

Are your parts OEM?

While our bumpers are certified after-market products that meet or exceed OEM specifications, they are not OEM parts

Do you ship to Hawaii, Alaska, PO/APO boxes, or freight forwarding addresses?

No, we do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, PO/APO boxes, or freight forwarding addresses, with no exceptions. If a shipment is sent to a freight forwarding company, FitParts is not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft.

Do you offer a Pick-up option? If I pick-up will the bumper be folded?

Yes, we offer local pick-up for items in stock within facility, No bumpers will not be folded they will be packaged in a wrapper in its normal state unless notified

What are your business hours for pick-up?

Pick-up hours vary by facility location. Please visit our About Us page for complete pick-up details, facility addresses, and the most current hours for each location

Why can't I select local pick-up if the item shows in stock?

An item may show as in stock, but local pick-up is only available when the item is in stock at your selected pick-up location. If the item is stocked at a different warehouse, it will be available for shipping only

I have Placed an order to be picked up, why I’m I being charged for shipping?

We do not charge additional fees for product assembly. The $19.99 for one bumper handling fee associated with pick-up orders covers various costs incurred during the process of preparing and managing your order to ensure a seamless and efficient experience as we are predominantly a shipping company.

If I purchase bumper, will it replace my currently one or will it cover it?

The bumpers you purchase from us are bumper replacements, you will need to remove

My bumper arrived folded; how do I unfold?

Inside the box you will find the full detailed instruction how to unfold the bumper. In most cases simply exposing a bumper to the sun on a warm day should be enough. If the weather doesn’t permit you to do so, I might need external sources of heat such as a blow dryer or a heat gun. 

I have ordered from Fitparts.com when should I expect my item to arrive?

All orders are guaranteed to be fulfilled by the next business day. Depending on your preferred shipping of method and availability delivery varies. You will receive an email with tracking details once tracking is available.

What are your return procedures?
