What is the average turnaround time for my bumper to arrive?
All orders are guaranteed to be fulfilled by the next business day. Depending on your chosen shipping method, you can have your bumper in hand the same week. Economy shipping option takes 1-5 days depending on how far you are from our distribution facility. Freight option takes 1-6 days.
How does my bumper arrive?
Depending on your shipping method, your bumper may arrive in a significantly smaller box than a full sized bumper. By cautiously folding your bumper into a more minimal size we reduce the use of shipping materials, making it eligible for ground shipping and save you almost 70% in shipping costs.Unfortunately, a not-folded bumper could be shipped via freight shipping only. This service is 130 USD more expensive than Ground shipping (economy service).
What is the warranty period?
All parts have a 3 years warranty period, unless stated otherwise on the product page.

Do you ship to Hawaii, Alaska, PO/APO boxes, or freight forwarding addresses?
No, we do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, PO/APO boxes, or freight forwarding addresses, with no exceptions. If a shipment is sent to a freight forwarding company, FitParts is not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft.
Are your parts OEM?
While our bumpers are certified after-market products that meet or exceed OEM specifications, they are not OEM parts
Do you offer a Pick-up option? If I pick-up will the bumper be folded?
Yes, we offer pick-up at all our locations: Gardena, CA. Grand Prairie, TX and Charlotte, NC Facility. In this case we offer a 15% discount. We do not fold the bumpers for pick-up orders, please make sure to have plenty of space in your car when picking up as these bumpers are oversized
What are your business hours for pick-up?
Our Pick-up hours are as followed Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 2:30 pm, where the last pick-up is at
2:15 pm, Please note we close for lunch, you can give us a call at 424-331-9599 to set up a pick-up time.
I have Placed an order to be picked up, why I’m I being charged for shipping?
We do not charge additional fees for product assembly. The $0.00 handling fee associated with pick-up orders covers various costs incurred during the process of preparing and managing your order to ensure a seamless and efficient experience as we are predominantly a shipping company
If I purchase bumper, will it replace my currently one or will it cover it?
The bumpers you purchase from us are bumper replacements, you will need to remove
Do You ship your bumpers folded?
During check out we provide an option to select your preferred method of shipping. We offer Economy for Free, Bumpers are shipped folded to help save on shipping cost. Freight 129.99 option ships the bumper extended in its original size.
My bumper arrived folded; how do I unfold?
Inside the box you will find the full detailed instruction how to unfold the bumper. In most cases simply exposing a bumper to the sun on a warm day should be enough. If the weather doesn’t permit you to do so, I might need external sources of heat such as a blow dryer or a heat gun.
